Ideally, at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding. This gives me enough time to review your vendor contracts, finalise your timeline, and plan for any potential challenges. Even if you’ve planned everything yourself, hiring a Coordinator ensures you can relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the small details.

When does coordination begin?

Can you handle large weddings?

Absolutely. For weddings over 100 guests, I recommend an assistant; for over 120 guests, an assistant is mandatory. This ensures every element runs smoothly and nothing is missed.

Do you create the wedding timeline?

Absolutely. I create a detailed run sheet covering ceremony, reception, vendor arrivals, speeches, cake cutting, and all key moments.

Do you contact my vendors?

Yes, on the day I take care of vendor coordination, ensuring everyone arrives on time, follows the schedule, and knows their responsibilities. I do not manage contracts or payments — that remains with you — but I ensure vendors deliver their services smoothly on your big day.

Are you there for the entire wedding day?

This depends on your chosen package. Coverage typically starts a few hours before the ceremony and concludes after the reception ends. Overtime is available if your celebration runs longer than planned.
